Request for comments: Big wetsite or several small ones?

Dear dripping wet readers!

Our team is currently looking at ways to streamline our wetsites and make content more convenient for you.

When Wacky Wet World started, all content was on just one wetsite. About 20 years ago we split most content from the forum site because Google Ads complained that they couldn't handle sites with forums. But Google Ads no longer work well, so we dropped them.

We currently have separate wetsites for clothing, sports and travel (see links on top of this page) which I thought might appeal to advertisers. My plan was to find targeted advertising to fund our efforts.

Alwyn now reckons that it might be better to have one wet mega site with over 500 pages. That way you can find what you want faster in the index, see the Hamburger icon on the top left. We should then promote our own goods and services, instead of selling other people's stuff.

Of course the wishes of our wet readers are most important, so we would like to hear your views on what we should do.

1. Keep wet sites separate.
2. Have one mega wetsite.

Another question is if we should bring in the forums as well, or leave them separate where they are now.

So please comment and kick off a lively conversation so we get a good idea of what you like, apart from a good soaking.
